The Supreme Patriarch of Thailand (part of photo with PB has been removed)

His Holiness the Supreme Priest/Patriarch of Thailand seated in a chair by bonsai trees. This is very likely Somdet Phra Ariyavongsagatanana, the 12th Supreme Patriarch of Thailand. The left half of the photo with PB has been ripped off, however PB is visible in the duplicate of this photo and in the corresponding negative.
